You should order a housing smaller than your measured inner barrel diameter. The arbor hooks are made from a standard staple. You will inevitably lose or break the arbor hook. It takes all of 5 seconds to make a new one with the included StapleJig. You'll need a standard Micro wire cutter to cut the staples. These are available to purchase as well.
