We’ve included many powerful Road Opening oils/herbs in this blend, including Five Finger Grass, Lemon Balm, Sandalwood and Abre Camino. All Art of the Root products are handmade daily in the USA. To use in a ritual, take a coffee can with a little coffee in it and add Lemon Peel, Lemon Balm or Lemon Grass. Add 2 to 3 drops of Road Opener oil to this blend and gently shake. Take a piece of parchment paper or a piece of a new brown paper bag and write the obstacles you need to overcome. Dab this with a few drops of Road Opener Oil. Turn the paper 90 degrees and write your name over the top. Place this in the coffee can and put the lid on or cover the can with a piece of foil with a rubber band around the rim to ensure the foil stays in place. Turn the coffee can upside down and place your candle on top. Take the lid off the candle, put a few drops of Road Opener Oil on your finger and rub it in a clockwise direction around the top of the candle. Light the candle and recite this charm: “Goddess to the left, Goddess to the right, Sky above, Earth below, Lift these blocks which darken my light, Allow me the freedom to move forward with ease.” You may either allow the candle to burn out on its own or when you feel ready, use a candle snuffer to extinguish the flame or smother it (rather than blowing it out), so you do not blow away your intentions. Place the can and it's contents in a safe place until the blockages are removed. Discard the remaining contents at a crossroads or in a moving body of water such as a stream or river. Warning: To prevent fire and serious injury, always burn candle within sight. Keep away from drafts and keep away from pets and children. Never burn candle near anything that can catch fire.
