Heathkit IG-102 RF Signal Generator - Refurbished, Calibrated, Extras

This working Heathkit IG-102 has been serviced and extras added. Replaced electrolytics, any out-of-tolerance resistors and weak tubes. Also cleaned switches/controls and did full calibration. Unit works on all bands with fully functioning controls and input/outputs. (This ‘S’ version also has direct output jacks on the front panel, otherwise no internal differences.) Extras that I am providing are shown below: EXTRA#1: I have installed a BNC connector on the back of the unit for direct connection to an external Frequency Counter. This connector is internally wired via an isolating capacitor so the output signal is not affected by the attenuation settings thus giving a strong signal to your counter. If not using an external frequency counter, the generator is well calibrated to the dial frequency reading. EXTRA#2: A shielded output cable is provided with correct mic-style connector and ending in clips. EXTRA#3: USB drive with the following digital files: a) Complete 50-page Heathkit Assembly/Operations manual, b) Schematic page, c) Schematic of the added BNC connector circuitry for frequency counter attachment, d) Dummy Antenna circuit you can build (to interface between generator and radio), e) 101 Ways to Use Your Signal Generator (a 123-page Howard W. Sams/Photofact publication), f) A complete article on the conversion of the IG-102 from tube to a FET/Transistorized generator if ever you may want to convert it to solid state operation, g) schematic of where version S jacks are connected internally.
