You are bidding on a somewhat vintage (1950s/1960s) Ex Libris bookplate that depicts a 16th Century woodcut of an amputation. A ghastly scene! Bookplate was compliments of the W.B. Saunders Company and reproduced by permission of the Bettmann Archive, Incorporated. Measures 3-1/4 inches in height x 5 inches in width. Unused with a gummed reverse. Very good overall condition with light toning on the left front side and corresponding foxing spots on the reverse. Interestingly, the W.B. Saunders Company published the Kinsey Reports and Dorland's medical reference books. Buyer pays $2.00 for carefully packed USPS shipping. Purchases are normally shipped next business day. U.S. buyers only. Serious bidders only. Shipping only in U.S. Payment expected within 5 days. Thanks for bidding!
