****PLEASE NOTE**** Our OBX USPO mail goes through a different mailing sub station now & at times has been hung up as much as 10 days before it came through! Before you give bad feedback, please check and see when I got your item to the PO! I'm usually at the PO within 24 hours of purchase and most of the time on the same day! I can't control what happens after it's mailed!"OBX" North Carolina 2021 "IN GOD WE TRUST" License Plate! Very Good Condition! Outer Banks of NC. "OBX" Dare County locals Specialty License Plate! This locals (Outer Banks of NC.) plate also features the phrase "To Be Rather Than To Seem" All embossed numbers, with good paint on the numbers, though not without marks! (See pics for condition) Its year/inspection sticker is good, and its a numbers matching year sticker, and the rest of the plate is solid! The top bolt holes have normal wear with rust stains from the bolts on the holes, the bottom ones look unused! There's a scratch under the word "Trust". Shows well, won't last long! This is the new style plate or 2nd generation OBX plate with the letter as the last numerical digit on the end! Is it worth the effort as a collector? You bet! ...Over 3 years old!
