This set is version 3.4.1 - any state TOPO software above version 4 allows you to sync any other TOPO! state software of 3.0 and up, so if you have older TOPO software, adding any 4.0 version (versions that came with

serial numbers) allows you to actually upgrade the 3.0+ version up to 4.0 versions. If you are bidding on this, check my other auctions for a state that is 4.0 or higher and you can synce this version up to 4.0 with allows many benefits such as copying the data CDs to your hard drive to run it right off your computer instead of having to install each map disc for the area you are working with -a huge benefit! I have had no issues with this software running on Windows 10. There is also an update file online to update any 4.0 version to 4.5.
