Removed from a local University Engineering LabPreowned - Untested Unit powers on. Hewlett-Packard 201C audio oscillator with a range of 20Hz to 20kHz in 3 ranges. Can attenuate from 0dB to 40dB in 10dB increments. I do not have the manual but you can find PDFs online. The large Knob for changing the frequency and attenuation is very still and near impossible to move, the small knob(fine adjustment ?) below that is also very difficult to move. I make no claims to its precision.
