CORE DEFINITION: The core is the old unit, which was replaced by the new or rebuilt item. Core Physical Condition: We do not grade or issue partial credit of core unless it has been in a fire; has been disassembled (i.e. not in "as removed condition"). After 30 Days: The credit card that we have on file will be charged for the amount of the core (amount will very depending on the part, and will appear on the invoice shipped with product). If the core is returned after 30 days a full refund of the core charge minus 10% and 25.00 late fee will be issued to the customer. No core refund will be given after 60 days or will be purchased at what we pay for cores. We pay return shipping on cores in the US. Warranty The warranty is Limited to one (1) year from the date of sale and limited solely to the parts contained within the products kits. All products that are in question of Warranty must be returned prepaid to the Seller. Dorman products carry a lifetime warranty. Under no circumstances will the Seller be liable for any labor charged or travel time incurred in diagnosis for the defects, removal, or re-installation of this product or any other contingent expenses.
