Made in Piedmont, South Dakota by 4T Power Systems, this item includes 2 remote controls for trailer lights and Auxiliary output with a voltmeter/ammeter, all in one convenient unit.The Milwaukee tool battery onboard converter is set to approximately 13.6VDC, and the Smart Battery dock will alert you to a low-battery power situation. The tester can supply up to 25 amps, allowing testing of multiple circuits concurrently while monitoring the amperage required for individual circuits. Keep in mind that higher amperage will quickly drain the battery. If there is a potential grounding issue, a port is provided with a wire and clamp to provide an auxiliary ground source to the trailer frame.The two included remotes will toggle on/off the systems as follows: "1" Tail / Running lights, "2" the Clearance / Marker lights, "3" & "4" are for left and right turn signals, a switch is installed to change turn signals from Flashing to Steady for circuit troubleshooting, "5" Activates the Stop lamps, and "6" will engage the Aux Circuit. The remotes may not signal through the trailer, so aim under or around the unit. LED lights on the unit indicate which system is activated.Four Circuit breakers protect your Trailer and tester: Three 10-amp circuit breakers for lighting and a 20-amp breaker for the Aux circuit. A short in the wiring can trip the breakers. Just push the circuit breaker button to reset the system. This Test box will not diagnose the ABS system; it only provides up to 20 amps to the Auxillary circuit.
