Features The structure of the electric fuel pump consists of three parts: pump body, permanent magnet motor and shell. Permanent magnet motor power is to drive the pump body rotation, the fuel from the inlet inhalation, flowing through the internal fuel pump, and then from the oil out of the mouth, the supply of fuel oil. Fuel flow through the internal electric fuel pump, the permanent magnet motor armature to play a cooling effect, also known as wet fuel pump. The motor portion of the electric fuel pump includes a permanent magnet fixed to the housing and an armature generating an electromagnetic moment and a brush device mounted on the housing. The brush is in contact with the commutator on the armature and its lead is connected to the post on the housing to control the voltage of the electric fuel pump to the armature windings. The electric fuel pump's shell is crimped at both ends so that the components are assembled into a non-removable assembly.
