It is a town cryer in a blue and white outfit. He has a bell in one hand and a pipe in the other. The smoker comes apart at the waist, you can place a cone incense inside and when it is lit the smoke comes out of his mouth. On the bottom of the stand it has a Erzgebirge Made In German Democratic Republic Expertic sticker on it.Comes from a smoke free home.
