Waterman Original C/F Ink Cartridge, for Waterman Cartridge Filler Fountain Pens

Offered for sale are original Waterman C/F (Cartridge Filler) New Old Stock ink cartridges for Waterman C/F fountain pens. The ink port is still sealed but the ink has essentially evaporated - this is quite common for old ink cartridges. I refill ink cartridges all the time, many different brands, and have never had one leak. With each C/F ink cartridge purchased, I will include one ink refill kit. I don't think the needle in the refill kit is strong enough to break through the seal at the tip of the cartridge. I suggest putting the cartridge into your pen, then screw it together until the pen pierces the ink cartridge seal. Then remove the cartridge and use the refill kit to fill it with any fountain pen ink you desire. The C/F fountain pen was introduced in 1953, and was the first hugely popular Cartridge Filler fountain pen. With its drop-in loading and disposable cartridges, the C/F changed forever the way the world uses fountain pens. The C/F stayed in production for over 30 years. Waterman eventually stopped producing the cartridges, despite the longevity and popularity of the pen. I refill ink cartridges all the time, many different brands, and have never had one leak. The cool part is, that you can fill the ink cartridges with any brand and

It is simply a matter of pushing the 3 parts together, and you are good to go. Insert the needle into a bottle of ink and press down on the tail piece. Air will be expelled and ink will be drawn into the cartridge as it returns automatically to its extended length.
