Rare unit. Comes as pictured. Powers on and passes self tests, and performs readings. No idea how accurate the readings are and any needed calibration is the responsibility of the buyer. Two issues:1. The unit seems to have a short in the area of the battery compartment. If you push on the rubber pad that goes over the batteries, or touch the mid to lower part of the battery holder, the unit will power cycle.2. The measure button on the top of the unit IS working, but is missing the rubber button cover. These don't come up very often. Good luck.
