This beam axle is an original TOYOTA OEM (it is not an aftermarket substitute). This beam axle was remanufactured: it has a new powder coating to bring it back to its original state to increase its durability against rust. This suspension part was in perfect condition even before powder coating, as it comes from a car driven where there is no snow or frost and where salt is not poured on the roads (salt on roads causes the suspension's corrosion), and in such condition it was already perfect as a replacement part. But we added extra layer of powder coating to further extend its rust resistance.
