Registered letter from Kingston, WA to Seattle. Sent May 8, 1911 and arrive Ballard Station (Seattle) May 9, 1911. Rate is paid with 1902 8c Martha Washington (#306), 1903 6c Garfield (#305) on a 1907-1916 2c carmine George Washington franked envelope. A difficult usage to find for 2nd Bureau stamps.APS and USSS member for 25+ years!SHIPPING: I use a PWE (Plain White Envelope) to send 1 to 3 covers valued under $40. I typically use postage stamps and a letter-tracking service called LetterTrackPro, providing a tracking number after printing the shipping label. For thicker items or weighing over 3 ounces, I ship via USPS Ground Advantage for $5.INTERNATIONAL: I offer very reasonable international shipping rates. The low price is possible because I send cards as letters through the postal service without tracking, using a plain white envelope.SAVE $$$: I combine shipping whenever possible. Check out my other lots!QUESTIONS: Please don't hesitate to contact me with any questions or if you require additional photos—I’m happy to help!
