This is an Architectural Model of a multi building estate, it has been preserved in a display case of wood and acrylic. Everything looks in good shape, there are a few, but minimal scratches to the acrylic case and there are three trees that are a little crooked and two that have separated completly and are lying on the edge on the backside. I believe the case could be opened somewhat easily and the trees could be fixed if so desired. It measures 29" x 21" x 11" and everything is affixed to the bottom, I believe this could be held upside down and most things would stay in place. This piece is a mystery to me, I purchased this from an estate auction without knowing anything about it, there are no markings of any kind. I was going to add legs and a glass top to make a coffee table but never got around to it.
