REPLACEMENT RETAINING CLIPS THAT HOLD THE LENSE IN PLACE IN THE OVERHEAD TWIN-LITE GUARDS ON A DELTA TRIPLE DUTY GRINDER. THIS OFFERING IS FOR A SET OF TWO - FORMED SPRING STEEL CURVED CLIPS THAT ARE INSERTED THROUGH THE TWIN-LITE DIE CASTING TO RETAIN THE 1/4" THICK GLASS OR POLYCARBONATE LENSE IN PLACE. UNFORTUNATELY, DELTA HAS OBSOLETED THIS ITEM AND NO LONGER OFFERS IT AS A REPLACEMENT PART. HOWEVER, WE HAVE BEEN ABLE TO DUPLICATE THE WIDTH AND LENGTH OF THE OEM CLIPS AS WELL AS THE OFFSET THAT LOCKS THEM IN PLACE IN THE DIE CAST HOUSING. OUR CLIPS HAVE BEEN BLACK OXIDE PLATED TO INCREASE THE CORROSION PROTECTION. A SET OF TWO CLIPS IS REQUIRED TO SECURE EACH LENSE. MOST VINTAGE TRIPLE DUTY DELTA GRINDERS HAVE DUAL TWIN-LITE GUARDS. YOU WOULD NEED TWO SETS OF THESE CLIPS TO SECURE THE LENSES OVER BOTH GRINDING WHEELS. Shipping for a pair of these retaining clips is $5.00 to anywhere in the lower 48 states.
