Created in the mid-20th century by Fratelli Ferro of Murano, Italy, this solid black glass box is hinged on a gilt metal frame. It is smooth and shiny and features a gilded floral design on top. This is a substantial/heavy glass box and a collector’s item. Price reflects condition and all offers will be considered. MEASUREMENTS:4.25" Wide x 3.5" Deep x 2" HighWEIGHT: approximately 2.5 lbs.CONDITION: The top and inside of this box are in perfect condition. The bottom of the box has been diagonally cracked in two places (see last pic.)The hinge has not been affected by the cracks.
