Warranty & Returns As there are no implied manufacturer’s warranty, we at SWA provide a 60-Day product Guarantee that begins the date of receipt (buyer pays return shipping). This means that the product arrived as described and in working condition. We don’t “gladly accept returns” like other stores claim because we work hard to put out an accurate description, detailed photos and our goal is to put out an exceptional customer experience. That said, we do right by our customers – please don’t hesitate to reach out with inquiries. Products must be returned in the same condition as delivered. For “Factory Sealed” products, we reserve the right to refund 70% of the purchase price as that product will be deemed “open-box” once returned. Shipping & Handling Our customers never pay for shipping when purchasing from us. Period. We do not believe in profiting on shipping and handling – it keeps us agile to find the most competitive shipping arrangements since we foot the bill! Need Blind shipping? We pay for additional insurance on purchases over $200 and up to the purchase price. Where applicable, we participate in the Global Shipping Program for International buyers. We ship same-day M-F on orders received before 4PM CST. All sales completed after 4PM, during the weekend or U.S. Holiday, will ship in the morning of the next business day. Customers understand and agree that proper software licensing, software maintenance and upgrades are subject to applicable manufacturer's Software Licensing Agreement. Customer shall be solely responsible for obtaining proper software licenses for applicable products from the manufacturer.
