It doesn't have the inside Pottery Barn tag that is sewn into the product, the process for the photo shoot is to cut the tag out. The paper tag will not be with the product instead its a photo shoot tag with the name on it along with the mpn number, we are listing the item as Pre Owned due to the fact the tag was cut out by the photo shoot team! This is the authentic pottery barn item, the item is brand new and has never been washed/used. Most likely there will be written in a black marker on the inside of the product. The marker cannot be seen through the other side. If there was a black marker used, you will see it in the pictures.
