This is a vintage prairie style dress from the now-closed CRC Costume Rentals of Los Angeles, CA. Marked

size 12, shoulder to shoulder 12.5 makes this for a girls age range: 8 to 12 years old, or possibly a Junior petite XXSThe pink apron and ruffle appear to be later additions, likely added by production. Great for flower girl at a wedding or holiday dress. The body of the dress is a polyester fabric in a off white with muted floral lace bodice, sleeves, and ruffle hem.
