Z Rock 107.3 WCZR Cleveland Ohio vintage ad Tshirt
Z Rock was a nationally syndicated radio network that played heavy metal and hard rock music, from the mid-1980s through the mid-1990s. Z Rock debuted on Labor Day in 1986 in Chicago as its first affiliate, and later with Cleveland joining in with WCZR. During its early days, Z Rock drew attention for playing unedited, explicit versions of songs. In March 1990, Z Rock was nominated for the Billboard Awards, the only time a full-time hard rock/metal programming service has ever been so honored in the history of Billboard magazine. After several changes in personnel and programming direction, the network was discontinued on December 31, 1996. Z-Rock in Cleveland shut down around 1987. Thanks for looking! Before you order, here's some shirt info: My designs are printed on demand, using a digital, ink-direct-to-shirt process. That means the design feels like a natural part of the shirt, and not glued-on or plastic feeling like a lot of cheap shirts you can find. These are the highest quality prints you can get. Most of the designs are directly created from old matchbooks, and sometimes other advertisements. I scan them, fix them up, rearrange, and retouch any glaring issues, but they will all keep their vintage look to them and are not perfect. And that's what I like about them! The sizing is considered "true to size", so- if you are unsure about what size, go ahead and order a size up. 100% Airlume combed and ringspun cotton (fiber content may vary for different colors) Light fabric (4.2 oz/yd² (142 g/m²)) Retail fit Tear away label Runs true to size As always, check my feedback, and ask me any questions you have. I'm a one-man operation, not a faceless corporation, and I'll be sure to help you any way I can.
