This is made from a licensed fabric but not a finished product from a company. It’s single thickness. The fabric has been prewashed before making the hat. So the hat shouldn’t shrink. It is a single layer. I do not make custom sized hats. One
size should fit most. They measure about 23-24 inches around and about 4 inches tall. If you have any questions, please let me know. Most of my hats are made from rare/hard to find fabrics at a great price. Images on fabric may be in different locations throughout the hat.
