The cylinder must be sent back with proof of purchase for inspection by us and Millennium Technologies (NO EXCEPTIONS). The warranty is for the cylinder only. No other parts nor any labor are included. The warranty cannot be converted to a discount or refund, nor will a reparable cylinder be exchanged for a new one.
