🌟 RARE President William McKinley SIGNED U.S. Marine 1900 Military Appointment

Quite rare and desired HAND signed boldly in dark brown ink by President William McKinley U.S. Marine Navy Commission document on vellum with Department of Navy Blue Seal attached, dated February 7th, 1900 and countersigned by the Secretary of the Navy. Document is in nice condition and measures 15" x 19" . This commission followed a deployment during the Spanish American War in 1898 and a promotion for that honorable service. Any U.S. Marine Corp commissions are rather rare to find from President McKinley. I have only seen a few in all my years of handling these Military Appointments. In fact most all McKinley Commissions are for Regular Army Commissions. Document is professionally matted with superb original BEP Presidential Engraving of President McKinley measures 28" x 24" in

size (all as seen) and ready to frame to display. Matting is museum quality acid free materials and has protective / removeable shrink wrap for environmental protection if stored.
