Portrait of Millard Fillmore. Born 7 January 1800 in Moravia, New York, United States of America. Died 8 March 1874 in Buffalo, New York, United States of America. Steel engraving, and Stipple engraving by W. J. Edwards (fl. 1840 - 1863), after Mathew B. Brady (1822-1896), c. 1860. Good condition. Paper slightly soiled and slightly browned, mainly along edges. Some minor, faint spotting. Verso: blank, with an old collection stamp. Provenance: collection Otto Hitscherich, Germany, with his collection stamp. Note: dimensions reflect the entire leaf. Dimensions: 243 x 159 mm.
