Photos/items need to have the receipt or proof of purchase when returned. A 20% restocking fee will be charged for all returned photos and items purchased from TV Photo History/Remembermarilyn. REFUNDS Refunds for photos/items will only be issued based on condition defects, not for any other reason. If the photo/item is damaged during shipping, a credit will be issued for a future purchase. No cash refunds will be issued in the case of an item damaged during the shipping process. Once we have received the photo/item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the photo/item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
