For sale is a superb figurine of a cat taking a nap after Pierre Jules Mêne made by Nymphenburg around the mid 20th century . Very well modeled and painted - one of the rarer versions around. The kitty is 1.5 inches tall, 5.625 inches long and 2.625 inches deep. It is marked with the impressed shield mark underneath with the model number 689 with an 8 under it and the green shield mark with the word Nymphenburg underneath.
