Filippo Catarzi 100% Wool Brimmed Western Cowboy Style Hat Cool hat from this Italian designer with excellent Italian workmanship. Wool felt brimmed hat with grosgrain ribbon inner band. Crown features a strand of colorful beads strung on elastic which is sewn on; it appears the elastic has lost its spring. You could very easily restring the beads.
