It is a beautiful vintage piece of handmade fashion jewelry.Each year since 1967, the Penrod Art Festival brings hundreds of local and international artists to showcase and sell their unique creations on the first Saturday after Labor Day to over 20,000 fair patrons.Condition: There are some slight scratches consistent with age and having been worn. The brass is somewhat tarnished and should polish up beautifully. Please view all pictures provided as they are the best indicator of the quality and condition on this bracelet.
