Up for auction is a Funaro and Camerlengo HO scale Polyester Resin kit of a vintage wood express reefer typically used for hauling milk or express traffic in the northeast or midwest of the United States in the 1930s to early 1950s. Kit is in original box and is sealed. This variant has wide side doors to facilitate quicker loading of milk canisters to minimize stoppage delays.This kit will create one highly detailed super detailed car. Kit includes resin castings, wire, and other detail parts. This kit does not include trucks, wheels, couplers or weights since many modelers prefer using their preferred brand of each. Kit includes detailed step by step directions, diagrams and helpful hints for assembly and painting. PLEASE NOTE: This kit is new and considered "NOS" "New Old Stock" and is OVER 35+ years old. The kit is composed of polyester resin castings naturally yellow in color. . This polyester resin is naturally more brittle than many of the F&C kits produced today and care must be taken during sanding and assembly. This item ships USPS Ground Advantage by itself.
