Vintage 1930s Art Deco Revere Chrome Cocktail Tray Norman Bel Geddes Chase Era

This striking & somewhat scarce Art Deco era cocktail serving tray was created by the iconic industrial designer Norman Bel Geddes for the 1930s Revere Gifts line. Marketed as the "Norseman" tray it represents Machine Age styling at its finest. Bel Geddes' designs for Revere were limited during the line's first year only and they are highly collectible. As was the case with several first-year items, the tray is unmarked but clearly an original Bel Geddes design.This piece is made of satin finish chrome plate over brass and measures 12" long (15" with handles) x 9" wide. A solid piece and in very nice condition especially for its age. Up close surface scratches but no damage. Please review the photos and thank you for looking!
