In 1950, EMD opened their London, Ontario locomotive plant. To celebrate this event, EMD added one more chapter to their 1948 On Time book. This book is partially covered in a felt fabric that was very susceptible to damage This example is in near perfect condition and was part of my personal railroad library. I've had it stored in a plastic sleeve for the past 40 years.I will ship this USPS
