color - may be Dugan made. I am not a carnival glass expert. Buyers are most likely more knowledgeable. This tumbler is 4 inches tall and 2.75 inches at the rim in very good condition I see no damage - I have included several pictures. You need to zoom and examine all pictures for condition.
