Listed as “used” because some of the packages may be open. Decal in new condition in original package. Although I have tested several samples from this batch and have found them to stay intact when thoroughly soaked in water, these are vintage thin film decal and may require an overspray of Testors Glosscote or application of Micro Scale decal restorer to guarantee integrity of decal film.
