Here's what this Adhesion Promoter can do for you: Creates superior adhesion for a wide range of topcoats to automotive plastics, bumpers, vinyl trim, and fiberglass Ideal for use on all automotive surfaces, including aluminum, galvanized metal, painted surfaces, and more Eliminates the need for sanding on difficult-to-access areas Easy to apply for a strong, lasting bond Works great on vinyl, plastic, fiberglass and more! Here’s how to use it: Clean the surface with a universal surface cleaner to remove any dirt, debris or oil. Sand the surface with P400 grit sandpaper to create a slightly rough surface for better adhesion. Blow off any dust or debris. Clean the surface again with a universal surface cleaner. Apply one medium wet coat of Adhesion Promoter from a distance of 10-12 inches. Allow 3-5 minutes for the Adhesion Promoter to flash (partially dry) before applying your top coat. Apply your top coat within 24 hours. If more than 24 hours have passed, lightly scuff the surface and reapply the Adhesion Promoter before applying the top coat.
