When dyed a solid

color then etched with a name and birth date, eggs became legal birth certificates honored in court as proof of identity and age. This whimsical holiday design was created using rare ephemera from the John Grossman Collection of Antique Images. (This is written on the back of the card.)Front shows two peacocks pulling a boy dressed like a clown, a bunny, and yellow chicks in an egg shell cart with wheels.Inside is Blank.Card is in excellent condition. Envelope is lime green (not the original). The original envelope was stained and had bent corner so I replaced it with this new one. The envelope measures 4"H x 5-1/2"W.
