Complete Johnson Evinrude 9.9 15 HP Electric Start & Charging kit 1977 - 1992

Hi, Here is a good used flywheel, starter, start and neutral safety switches, wiring, battery cables, ignition, charging system, and all of the attaching hardware removed from a 1992 15hp. These parts will fit 1977 to 1992 outboards with the domed top flywheel as shown. You can use this ignition system and replace your external power pack with this under the flywheel power pack if desired. The starter cranked over the motor quickly. Strong blue spark at cranking speed. I removed all of the starting, charging, ignition, and wiring from the motor so you can have a fairly easy installation.
