Sears Roebuck 1930s Employee Handbook No. 12 Modernization Credit

This is an original Sears Roebuck Employee Handbook from the Great Depression Era, specifically No. 12 Selling Merchandise on the Modernization Credit Plan. It was manufactured in the United States and is a valuable piece of historical memorabilia. The book has not been signed, but it provides a fascinating glimpse into the world of American business during one of its most challenging periods. The handbook was used as a teaching and education tool for Sears employees.
