specifications. Recommend for service every 2 years. Kit contains components to service both cylinders. Service kit includes: Cups, O-rings, Sleeves, Head Gaskets and 4 piston screws. Fits all 86R Twin Cylinder Models shown below: Service kit used on 86R620-101-N470X, 86R630-101-N470X, 86R635-101-N470X, 86R637-101-N470X, 86R640-101-N470X, 86R640-P113-N470X and 86R642-101-N470X models. The Repair Kit includes internal parts for the Rocking Piston 1/2 HP Air Compressor. This repair kit includes piston cup, cylinder, O-rings and cup retainer screws. (Leaf valves are no longer included.) Can be purchased separately if needed. Gasket colors vary from Orange to Dark red. Leaf valves no longer included in kit – Complete leaf valve plate is available as screws holding leaf valves are susceptible to breaking which makes individual leave valve replacement very difficult
