Product Details These Service Caster Series Polyurethane on Polyolefin casters offer various wheel sizes and mounting heights: 4” Wheel: 5-5/8” mounting height; 5” wheel: 6-1/2” mounting height; 6” wheel: 7-1/2” mounting height; 8" wheel: 9-1/2" mounting height. Weight capacity ranges from 600 lbs on the 4” caster, 750 lbs on the 5”, 900 lbs on the 6” and 1000 lbs. on the 8”. Top plate measures at 4-1/2" x 6-1/4" with a bolt hole pattern of 2-7/16" x 4-15/16" to 3-3/8" x 5-1/4" and can either be bolted or welded on. Brake options include a side lock brake (SLB) which applies a positive locking force against the wheel hub which prevents the wheel from moving freely, or a bolt-on swivel lock (BSL) that when inserted into one of 4 notches found on the swivel raceway converts a swivel caster to rigid for straight-line tracking at any 90 degree angle.
