If you use a window and it is cold outside the tomatoes will feel the draft and they just won't grow. It's not the seed. I successfully grow mine under lights, but they need to be no more than 8" away from and need to be placed in sunny area soon within a few weeks.Lemon Drop Tomato - Indeterminate - 2 months with continued fruit for 3 months. Germination: Close to 100% as we all know, not every seed grows. Use two seeds or more for assurance. I usually grow 6 plants in case one doesn't make it. Seeds shipped in a small Ziplock bag, and you don't need instructions. Plant and grow like you do all tomatoes. Here are my tips: Plant 1/2" deep and in a warm sunny area. Tomatoes like sun and humidity. Transfer to ground 4-6 weeks. Let plant grow to about 1 foot before you transplant it outside. Water lightly daily when plant is in small pot. Once planted outside, rain twice a week is enough water. Don't water any more than what the rain would give you or twice a week. Tomatoes need HUMUS if you want to grow successfully. Tomatoes also "NEED" Sun and warmth to thrive. You can't grow tomatoes successfully inside in a window, however; you can start them. Once they are about 2 inches in height you need to harden them off. If you don't know what "hardening off" means, please do an internet search.
