This block comes just as seen in the pic and is the block you will get. It does have the main caps, crankshaft with pistons and connecting rods as seen. We guarantee a good Chevrolet 6.0 LY6 block that is not broken and does not have any spun mains or spun cam mains. It still has the camshaft bearings but we highly recommend that all bearings and inserts be replaced when assembling. We will guarantee a good crankshaft for re-grinding and 8 good-straight connecting rods. It is possible for our blocks to stay std and rebuild as a flat rate with new rings and bearings. However, we highly recommend that ALL of our blocks be completely rebuilt and machined for a fresh new start on your build.
