Super rare vintage 1992 Ushio & Tora promotional store display.It’s a mini bop bag, you fill it with air and or water in the bottom and it would sit on display in video stores in Japan.Very hard to find now, and it is brand new and unused other than to photograph it. Stands around 11 inches in height. Comes from a smoke-free home!
