The Parrot whirly-gig is hand crafted from white pine, painted with 10 year exterior paint. Each are individually cut, sanded, drilled and painted. There will never be two alike. The wings are made from aluminum and have a Teflon barring to keep them running smooth in any breeze. A wire with a swivel attached comes with each whirligig, to hang them any where you’d like. The
size is 6 inches X 1 3/4 inches. The whirly-gigs can have a hole put in the bottom, which I will do upon request, to put them on rods to be put in the ground, flower pots, etc. When you buy any of them you want to put on a rod, put a note on the payment and I'll set them up that way. Due to cost it is better for you to go to your local hardware store and buy the rod, instead of me shipping it. Shipping something long cost too much. I am the maker of each whirly-gig and will have more if you want them. Please come back from time to time and see what’s available.
