This is a Siig, inc. I/O professional with 2 high-speed 16550 Serial Port and HAS NOT BEEN TESTED. This item will be shipping inside an ESD bag. The caps do not like the have gone bad, there is no corrosion underneath them nor is the top of the cap is bloating, but they have not been tested themselves.
