T.M. King George VI & Queen Elizabeth Coronation (1937)-Staffordshire Pottery

*** I SHIP TO ADDRESSES IN THE USA ONLY *** This attractive Pottery Mug was manufactured by Royal Staffordshire Pottery to commemorate the CORONATION OF T.M. KING GEORGE VI AND QUEEN ELIZABETH in 1937. This wonderful family photograph was taken by Marcus Adams and was used for many different types of commemoratives. With the King and Queen are their two daughters, H.R.H. PRINCESS ELIZABETH and H.R.H. PRINCESS MARGARET. Below the photograph is a commemoration, "THE ROYAL FAMILY MAY 12 CORONATION 1937 SOUVENIR". More family information is shown on the other side, "THE ROYAL FAMILY THEIR MAJESTIES KING GEORGE VI QUEEN ELIZABETH THE PRINCESS ELIZABETH AND PRINCESS MARGARET ROSE". MAY 12TH 1937 CORONATION SOUVENIR. The handle and upper rim have a blue painted line of decoration. The underside is back-stamped with the Royal Staffordshire Pottery logo, A.J. WILKINSON LTD, and PORTRAIT BY MARCUS ADAMS. This piece is in EXCELLENT CONDITION. There is no original box or certificate of authenticity. I take extra care to pack commemorative items for shipping.
