Here, we have a one man band made with a Federal Washboard No. 455. It has a sturdy 1 1/4" wide leather belt with a brass buckle to wear around your neck. It has a carved wooden cow bell, a black & red metal cow bell and a brass symbol attached at the bottom. It comes with a pair of
size large adjustable Hardy work gloves. The fingertips have glued on metal pieces for you to make any music you wish. This measures 23 1/2" X 12 1/2" X 3" (not including the adjustable belt). It weighs 4 pounds 3 ounces. This is in excellent condition for its age and possible use. It makes amazing sounds. The gloves are a bit spotted and the cow bells show wear. There is a small crack in the metal washboard. As I am not an expert, please see my photographs for more description. My friends are moving to a smaller home and parting with some of their treasures. He received this as a gift many years ago and does not know its history. I will be happy to answer any questions and combine your shipping whenever possible.
