So while Enduro Engineering is known for their bombproof skid plates and guards, the Evolution Deflectors are every bit as capable and every bit as valuable from a bang for the buck standpoint. Enduro Engineering goes with a proven and robust design that uses a solid 6061 T6 aluminum alloy bar, billet adapter mounts, and zinc plated hardware at both the bar end and deflector. With this design, the handguards get extremely solid mounting points, an easy installation, and plenty of room inside the guard for your hands and levers. You’ll also get a large range of colors for the deflectors and finishes for the aluminum hard parts. Return Prior to returning merchandise to us you must request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). The RMA# will be valid for 15 days from the date it was issued. REPLACE We will replace a defective unit with the same unit within the 30 day period with no additional charges. A shipping label will be provided for you to return the item to our store. EXCHANGE If for any reason you prefer to exchange your item for a different product, we are happy to help you do so as long as you contact us within 30 days from the original date of purchase. We will issue a store credit for the full price of the item, excluding the outgoing shipping costs that were paid to ship the original item to you. Shipping cost to send the item back to our store must be paid for by the customer. RETURN If an item is returned brand new and still factory sealed, we will issue a store credit for the full price of the item, excluding the outgoing shipping costs that were paid to get the original item to you. Processing fee will not be assessed. If the item comes back to us in used or open box condition, the original outbound fee and an additional 10% processing fee will be deducted from the refund. (When opened items are returned, these can no longer be sold as brand new; we must then sell them at a significantly cheaper price, therefore we must charge a 10% processing fee for open box return items). REFUND Refunds are also available during the initial 30 day period however, the original outbound fee and an additional 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. SHIPPING All outgoing shipping costs incurred to ship the newly exchanged item to you are covered. All return and exchange shipping costs required to ship the item back to our store are to be paid for by the customer. PROCESSING TIME We work hard to process returns as quickly as possible. Your replacement or refund will be processed within 4 business days after we receive the item and inspect it at our store. We can only exchange items after we've received the returned items.
