No guard or bolsters. Attractive maroon linen micarta scales over a fully exposed tapered tang, finger grooves, fastened by eleven (11) steel pins. Bill Owen was a Knifemaker’s Guild member, who discontinued knifemaking around 1999. Original folded and sewn leather sheath in near mint condition. Very fine knife!
